Towing a caravan was a breeze. I will rate this venue with A+ 10 times over. The owners are lovely and very accommodating, very pleasant, and the staff are amazing. Great family park, and dog friendly camp sites with lockable gates and all fenced. Very clean, immaculate, and great things for everyone to do such as mini golf, carts to hire to drive around the camp beautiful mineral hot pool that is around 37.7 degrees, just amazing. They also have a food truck on site that makes amazing food, and full shop facilities for basic things. Great place for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen facilities are amazing, and great out door area tol and span, very clean. Well worth going. Could not fault this place at all.. %. I have added a few photos that I took. Well done miranda holiday park.. More read less - bakerfamily76 - 19/06/20

The staff tell me they haven't done a wedding before, and I'm not sure they have ever had to get pretty much EVERY unit ready, on the same day before! The wedding itself was on a relative's farm, but most of the guests stayed at the Park. We all began arriving from Friday afternoon, and I think I was the last to arrive, at half past ten in the evening. I had called ahead, and they left the keys out for me in an envelope, as well as a park map with the route to my chalet, and a few other things I needed. Nothing had been forgotten.I was most amused with the bunks in my room. It was noted on the park website that they were intended for children, but it was not until I got there that I realised why... there is about two feet clearance between the floor, lower, and middle bunks, while the top one is barely one foot from the ceiling! Luckily, there was also a double bed for me.I got a full sized fridge and freezer, and everything needed for basic meals was there. I had bought a few extra things from home, measuring cups and so on, and got on fine, cooking for the next few nights soon after I arrived. The shower is good and hot water is plentiful, the chalet a little cramped, but very clean, decorated in soft neutral colours, and it is well equipped. I think it's good value for the money I paid. Make sure you bring plenty of food, as it's 31km to the Pak N Save in Thames (closest supermarket), and 46km to Pukekohe, which has a New World, Pak N Save and a Countdown. read less - cdn-npl - 02/03/20

A lot of changes since we last visited. A smaller pool for little children and more activities on site. Table tennis, frisbee, a small mini golf, flying fox, bike track, giant chess, tennis and trampolines plus more family accommodation. The hot pool is still great plus they had a food truck on site while the public hot pools next door were closed. Fabulous hosts, great staff working hard to keep the park clean and the food truck food was delicious. read less - Vanman2020 - 21/02/20

Had a lot of soaks in the pool in the evening when it was ADULT time, however noticed a few inappropriate things going on in front of teens who were allowed in the pool at the time. They have an age limit, of 15 and above for adults, which we felt was a wee bit young considering the "activities" we saw. Some of the people seriously needed to "get a room". Lovely outdoor shaded dining room. Plenty of BBQ's. Laundry room was great with plenty of washing machines and driers. $2. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, bread boards, detergent, t-towels, and sometime loads of food that people have donated. The shower system is disappointing, you press a button on the outside of the shower, and have hot water for a short time, if you run out you have to leave the shower cubicle and repeat the process.Nice friendly atmosphere. They have bikes and trikes for the kids. an out door chess and petanque area as well, and tennis too. :-) read less - bobbitybob2017 - 13/01/20
