Facilities at Miranda Holiday Park
Miranda Holiday Park features clean, modern
communal kitchen & showers for campers and complimentary
recreational facilities, including our hot mineral pool –
ideal for New Zealand camping holidays.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has modern facilities with microwave/convection
oven, fridges, freezer, tables and seating area, food storage
cupboards available, large toaster, purified water, herb
garden, instant boiled water (zip).
Ablutions:
Ablutions include toilet and shower facilities. Paraplegic
and family room facilities available on request. The laundry
has washing and drying facilities 2x$2.00 per load, washing
powder is available for purchase from the office, iron
and ironing board, hand washing sinks, and clothes lines.
BBQs:
Two electric BBQs are available for hire at a cost of $1.00
per 15 minutes and are situated beside the kitchens. Picnic
tables are throughout the park and are easily moved onto
site if required.
 Lounge:
Our Lounge and television room is modern, carpeted and comfortable.
Television has 6 Sky channels and there is a selection
of brochures and books to read.
Camping:
All weather sites and dumpstation.
Playground:
The children's playground is in sight of BBQs and kitchen
facilities for easy supervision. Contains slide, pole,
climbing racks, playhouse and swings.
Tennis Court:
Tennis Court is an Astrograss outdoor all weather surface,
with racquets and balls available for hire at the office.
Petanque Court:
A shell surface is provided to play petanque. Petanque balls
are available for hire at the office.
Hot Mineral Pool:
Complimentary use of our Hot Mineral Pool, beautifully landscaped
with waterfall for added relaxation. Temperatures maintained
between 36°C and 39°C and partially shaded from the weather.
Camp Shop:
The camp shop has an adequate supply of emergency food &
toiletries and a selection of beers and wines.
Internet:
Wireless and coin operated internet available.
